@myrrael Awww.. poor darling !!! Actually yesterday mine saved really well and didn't take too long to publish but I had to make do with raiding other people's items for fillers because the stuff I brought over for her didn't arrive!!! ( that's yesterday our time... it is 11.10 am here now.)

There's been some issues going on with glitches as this major update is being implemented. Rather than shut the entire site down to get this done, I think URStyle is trying to work around it, so this may take some patience on our parts. It's really good that we have the Community Pages though where we can check out if these are individual issues or happening with other members.

We have to remember that trying to make URStyle more Polyvore like (and even better) takes some massive changes and an incredible amount of memory. PV was an enormous Platform with a lot of moving parts so replicating it from the bottom up may cause some temporary inconveniences as these improvements move forward. I can't believe how far the Team has come even in the first few months of being here. So I'm sure these things will resolve themselves as this overhaul comes closer to completion. Hang in there!

I just ditched it anyways and thank you Urstyle we can now delete sets which is fantastic if they do not turn out the way we want and also our drafts I noticed too..awesome thank you.

Yes, I can see the multiple comments & it's happened to me when I've left a comment on someone's set. Tried to delete the duplicates & they just came back. It's probably a glitch.

@elysianskies sometimes there’s a backlog of items members have clipped / uploaded (which can be in the thousands) and it’s hard for the website to cope with so items won’t show straight away. They’ll be in the queue to be uploaded eventually.

I think there’s a few updates going on with site too which might contribute to the delay but you should see items soon

@icemistdragon Please try this: when you click on an item to move it (select the item) and it comes up as a top layer, you should just click somewhere on the side (random white space on the screen) and the item will be un-selected. Then the item will return to the previously selected layer Please let me know if that worked

@ellen-hilart16 Great question! I asked the same thing to my sweet friend @petri5 and this is what she shared with me and I found it helpful!

“Try to find old friends through https://urstyle.com/users enter a username and if they are here under the same name you should be able to find them and contact them.”

The only thing is our names may be different here than they were on Polyvore like mine. Although I will try to change mine so people can find me if they’re looking. Here I’m using my Instagram name instead of my normal mcheffer.

@luckied99 I mostly use the pen cropping tool(on a laptop) but now is almost impossible to see well enough with the grey and extra white line so I can't tell you how to use it now...if they go back to the old way...you hold down the the left mouse key with one hand and move the pen tip, a "cross" along the edges of the item you want to cut out, until you have gone around the edges back to your starting point. It used to work really well and I used it alot. It was so much better than anything Polyvore had come up with! thanks so much for responding here!!! how do you use the oval or rectangle?
