@funkyjunkygypsy It is very strange. On my Samsung S10+ which is a fairly new model and all the software updates are up to date, but all I see are the grey triangles on there, whether I use Chrome or, if you can believe it, the app is actually working now, well it is coming up with content instead of the 503 message, but again, all grey triangles.
Now on my tablet, on chrome, I can see everything just fine, and it is a much older model from Samsung, so no idea why the difference on the two devices, but I have to admit to myself that there is definately something a foot and it doesn't bode well that the communication has completely stopped.
I hope this comes to a good conclusion for everyone, but I tend to trust your opinion on things much more than anything they may throw out occasionally.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us, even though it was a bit daunting, I feel it is still better to know the possibl truth of things instead of being blindsided as we were with PV.

@funkyjunkygypsy thank you! Exactly what i was trying to say 8 posts back. I think all but one of us is on the same page and we we're willing to take the solution of paying a monthly fee. I don't think I can go through this again and there are no Moodboard sites like URStyle. At least I haven't found any recently. I just feel so bad that it has come to this, but we were going by the assumption the advertisers were being charged and that was enough. So we can't act on information we don't have. I just hope we're not too late to turn this around.

@cindu12 Try not using the App and logging into UrStyle using a web browser. If the problem is still there, then it's more confirmation that it's a server issue on their end. I don't understand how their servers work, but regardless, you being on one coast and @EmberViolet being on another while experiencing the same issues also confirms that UrStyle needs to attend to their server issues. And again, maybe they are turning off some connections in an effort to keep some of us on all of the time because they can no longer afford to keep all of us on all of the time. From what @jfcheney reported, UrStyle is in financial trouble IF they do not have or find a backer/investor to feed the machine. The fact that servers are still operational at all and didn't phase out completely on you causes me to suspect that the Powers That Be at UrStyle are trying. They are not going down without a fight. So that is hopeful.

As @Ollie asked, are your versions of Chrome the same?
- Is one for a tablet and another specifically for a phone?
- Is one browser updated and the other not?
- Is one a Chrome App that you open to access UrStyle rather than the actual browser itself?
- What operating system does your tablet use? Windows? Android?
I have the same phone you do and can access Chrome directly and log in to UrStyle from there, without ever using the UrStyle App. It's not even on my phone, or my tablet.
- When using your phone, do you use the App? What about when using your tablet?
- Are you certain that your phone is using your wifi and not a satellite connection from your provider?
My phone is not part of my home network. The wifi it uses requires no internet in my home at all, which is pretty much how all cell phones work. Do a double check to be sure your phone is accessing your home network and using it. If you find it is simply picking up a satellite connection, then there's your answer. Two different servers.
My tablet must be logged in to my home network for it to connect to the internet. If I go to a doctors office, for instance, and want to use my tablet and go online while in the waiting room, I will need to access the Guest Wifi connection that the office (hopefully) provides. My cellphone however, never needs to connect to a Guest (or home) network. It works anywhere because the network transmission and connection comes from local cell towers. I'm willing to bet that this is what's happening with you!

@funkyjunkygypsy Well you are brilliant! I checked everything that you mentioned and realized that my phone was still pulling from the app that I thought I had deleted long ago. Once I reset my gateway, cleared the cache and cookies and uninstalled the app(!) low and behold, my phone now works just fine!
I really cannot thank you enough for taking the time to offer me all this advice and thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything! You are an Angel!!
