@egagarza Dear, I've just tested the Clipper with an item from farfetch.com and it arrived in a few seconds
Where did you try to upload items from? Did you try different sites? Maybe there is some problem with items from that particular site where you tried to upload items from.

@egagarza Hmm, I am not sure if upload from Google Drive works (it seems not), but you could try to upload that photo to Pinterest, Blogger, Tumblr (or any other site) and then upload it to URSTYLE via Clipper

Let me know if it works for you. Admins should soon provide direct upload (from user's device to ITEMS) and that will make things easier.

@vn1ta Hello, it's been a week since problem with database issuses but my items have not appeared yet on my profile. Please advise me what to do. I add that I followed all your guidelines regarding cookies and mozilla updates. I'm really upset ;( Please help!

Since there were problems with database, unfortunately, some of the item uploads were dismissed. This means that you will need to upload them again - I had to do the same.

Yesterday, I attempted to finish a set that was in my drafts. I uploaded a few items and after a period of several hours, only two showed up. I could not finish my set as planned. This morning I am trying to do a fashion set, however, the three items I tried to upload have not appeared. I am so frustrated! This is the only trouble I have on Urstyle. I sure wish this could be fixed once and for all. I do not like to complain, however, this seems to be happening quite a lot.

Dear @beverly , thank you for sharing your concern. I will convey your message to the administrators. Sorry for the inconvenience.
When things like this happen, it may be the best to explore the existing items (uploads and likes) and those in the Creator menu (or from collections: https://urstyle.com/collections). I know that it's not the same and developers will work on resolving the problem, but this is just a temporary solution.

I've talked with administrators about this issue few days ago and it seems that the system automatically dismissed some of the uploads due to database issue. This doesn't happen every time - items are usually saved in the queue, but an error was a bit more complicated in this case. If you uploaded those items during Clipper blockage few days ago, you will probably need to re-upload the missing items. I think that we can consider this a general "rule" (re-upload) when items don't appear in 24h after the initial upload. I am sorry for the inconvenience. Administrators are working hard on improving the stability of the system

Thank you sweetie, I may not be able to find them again a little disappointing however, I also clipped this evening still not in my items yet I will check tomorrow.... @jewelsinthecrown I completely understand that it's difficult to find the same items again - I've experienced the issue too.
But do not worry, I have mentioned this to the admins and they told me that they will take care of it - they just need a bit more time, as they are working on multiple features and updates.
For now, I can advise bookmarking the links of the items that you want to save. I have recorded this video to show you how to do it: https://goo.gl/zax227 . First you make a folder for those links and then you just drag and drop links to that folder
This way, you can save all the items that you want to upload to URSTYLE.
Another advice is to open ITEMS page ( https://urstyle.com/user/jewelsinthecrown/items ) in 1 tab while you're uploading items and to occasionally reload the ITEMS page (using this button
in order to check if your uploads are appearing.
