Set-publishing issue

@diannec Hi, I can't post too in this moment and I can't see/access any draft . Did you save the png copy when asked by the system? I think that all drafts will reappear when the system will be fully working.

I have the same problem! I tried to enter a set in the contest but wouldn't upload, so I saved the draft successfully but now my set is nowhere to be found, it hasn't been published and it's not even in my drafts

Same problem with me, my draft is gone too! Just wait till the problem be fixed.

Thanks everyone-it is soul destroying when you have put so much effort in. Oh well. I did download one but I cannot access it now aghhhhhh hahaha I am just going to go to bed -it is pretty late here anyway. Cheers hope it all works out for everyone xoxox

Yes...just happened to me too
. It must be a site issue.
Also.
All my liked and clipped items are loading VERY slowly and a few of them have completely disappeared too. -
I am having problems as well - lost two sets that I have saved. I no longer to see the drafts when I go into the create tool.

Just like @sara-cdth said, there shouldn't be any problems now, the set I thought disappeared got published on its own

@diannec Dear, I am very sorry to hear about this problem. Did you download backup copies of your sets? Please do not delete them, but send them over to [email protected] and administrators will upload them on your profile

There could be a temporary issue with it. If it cannot be published, you will get an offer to download backup files. Please send these files to [email protected] and admins will upload the set on your profile.

@vn1ta It just happened to me. The set wasnβt published and itβs not in my drafts anymore. Hopefully, it will be published later.

B) If our servers are working, but some other issues occur with saving the set, the operation will be repeated after 15-30min. So your set is saved to our database and waiting for reprocessingPlease verify your sets in the next hour
