@olivpear Hi! I have difficulties uploading my profile on urstyle. I use a macbook pro, and on a macbook pro, the downloaded material (from polypore) only appears as a "zip-file" during the downloading phase. As soon as the material is downloaded on my computer, it is a "normal folder". I can't upload the folder on urstyle, and so my question is, how are we supposed to do that?

@ybyrbr please compress this folder to ZIP file or simply use other browser to download your file, like Chrome. You will be able to download your file as a ZIP and not worry about compressing it

Is there any way at all to get collection drafts transferred from our old accounts?

With the Polyvore download feature, I'm only seeing excel data for set drafts though? Do you think it will still work with collections??

@tannakota we need to analyse that, as now it's not in priority queue, but at least will try to do that

@myrrael the download wonโt work if you are on mobile, it will give you the blank page. You have to use laptop or desktop.

Hi, I uploaded them and I don't see my sets. Did you mean it took an hour for them to get on the profile page or an hour for the uploading to complete? I'm just really confused.

Uploading for the 3rd time after up load should I get a message so sry to keep bothering u and where will the sets show up after download is completed.

Will we be able to import our liked items from our Polyvore profile to this site?

@reckless-rosee unfortunately polyvore is not sending them together with your zip file, so we dont have data about that
