i was devastated when i saw that polyvore did not exist anymore and that i could not acess my sets anymore. Now i have them back

I am very excited to let you know that today we completed work on the functionality, which will allow you to copy all your sets from POLYVORE to URSTYLE
I know you are very attached to your artistic work and I know that you were worried that you could lose it for good, well, from today, you can share it with the world again
Steps to download your work from POLYVORE and upload it to URSTYLE:
- In order to download your sets sign in here: account-update.polyvore.com
- Click request download and wait a while until your content is ready to be downloaded.
- Open URSTYLE.
- Open EDIT PROFILE page.
- Click IMPORT YOUR OLD PROFILE button.
- Upload the ZIP file, which you have just downloaded from POLYVORE.
- Wait for file to be uploaded (it may take up some time, depends on how big is your file)
- Give us some time (there is a huge number of users in queue, it may takie from 1 to 24 hours) and ENJOY!
I have already uploaded my sets to my profile, how about you?
We also apologize for every bug you find on our site. We are working hard on fixing them all, so that you have great experience on our site.

im not seeing where I can download the whole zip file. When it pops up and I click on the file you can only choose the individual files "sets,comments , etc...)

@glamourdoll you have probably downloaded it via Safari browser (this one is unpacking zip file when downloading) , use different browser to download it or pack this folder again to zip

hi um how do i BLOCK a user like on polyvore?

I uploaded the package I've got from Polyvore, a few weeks ago. I've uploaded it in Mozilla as I downloaded it, without doing any changes to it, nor zipped it.
After uploading I never got any message - the green Success message - this was a few weeks ago now and my old sets did not show up.
I noticed other users already have their old sets uploaded.
Can you please advise if should I wait more or should I do something different? Though I followed the steps described in the tutorial. -
@l_boho we did not receive any file from your profile, please upload again and wait until you see a green success message. If you have many sets, this ZIP file can be quite big and take some time to load.

@urstyle Thank you for your answer. Actually I have tried a few times to upload and waited the message to appear but it just didn't show up. I will upload it again and will wait.

I have all of my sets but what about my collections and items? I need them

Okay, I see the bottom right corner a (thinking circle) that appears.... So Iβve been waiting for 3 hours, if I leave the page and go to my Facebook for example will I have to start over. Iβm using my iPhone. I was using my iPad but I got the same think so I started to use my iPhone........ if turn off my iPhone will I have to also start over and redownload the zip? Thanks

I tried to do it by taking one single set from my zip file and import but that didnβt work
After that, I tried again by import my entire zip file after 2 hours of downloading it said lost connection -
@emilyliz we will verify the status of your upload, however please do not try to upload single sets, in order for this to work, we need entire original ZIP file. Please let me know if I can help you with that

So I uploaded the zip file as stated, it finished loading, but then nothing happened (no notification, no pop-up, no error). Did anything happen?
