IMPORT PROFILE FEATURE

I uploaded the package I've got from Polyvore, a few weeks ago. I've uploaded it in Mozilla as I downloaded it, without doing any changes to it, nor zipped it.
After uploading I never got any message - the green Success message - this was a few weeks ago now and my old sets did not show up.
I noticed other users already have their old sets uploaded.
Can you please advise if should I wait more or should I do something different? Though I followed the steps described in the tutorial. -
@l_boho we did not receive any file from your profile, please upload again and wait until you see a green success message. If you have many sets, this ZIP file can be quite big and take some time to load.

@urstyle Thank you for your answer. Actually I have tried a few times to upload and waited the message to appear but it just didn't show up. I will upload it again and will wait.

I have all of my sets but what about my collections and items? I need them

@jcmp I imported my Polyvore sets three days ago but nothing has appeared. Should I just continue to wait? Thanks.

Okay, I see the bottom right corner a (thinking circle) that appears.... So I’ve been waiting for 3 hours, if I leave the page and go to my Facebook for example will I have to start over. I’m using my iPhone. I was using my iPad but I got the same think so I started to use my iPhone........ if turn off my iPhone will I have to also start over and redownload the zip? Thanks

@sica1616 use ur iPhone to download the zip file save it to ur iCloud

I tried to do it by taking one single set from my zip file and import but that didn’t work
After that, I tried again by import my entire zip file after 2 hours of downloading it said lost connection -
@emilyliz we will verify the status of your upload, however please do not try to upload single sets, in order for this to work, we need entire original ZIP file. Please let me know if I can help you with that

So I uploaded the zip file as stated, it finished loading, but then nothing happened (no notification, no pop-up, no error). Did anything happen?

@emilyliz To see all my collections and items? That would be great, but I don't use an iphone & icloud.

@l_boho Mine is huge as well. 20,000+ sets in the zip file.. I've tried several times in the last 24 hours to upload the original file and I've never gotten a success message as well. If it helps, I have a Chromebook.

I uploaded upwards of 900 set a day ago, and no results yet. I'm not sure what's happening since there was no message that said it uploaded, not even an error message. The counter just finished and that's it. Is the file too large? Should I keep waiting or try again?

@sara-hackney we have received 2 import from you, both of them seems to be modified, did you unpack and pack them again?

Please keep in mind that in case of the weak internet connection it can take a while or even be stopped.
If you can send us this import files via dropbox or anything else, we could try to help -
@sara-hackney I have about 700 sets and tried several times as well but didn't receive any success message yet.

@yolrex @Jorie-Foy @glitteraven @DesignerSoul33 There is not a way to access your items and collections from the zip file that was provided by Polyvore. A URSTYLE member has identified a way to access our Polyvore accounts. If you are successful in locating your Polyvore profile, you can upload items to URSTYLE from your Polyvore profile.
