Is there a way to add a description?

I can't tell if there is a way to add a description to a post - if not, will that be implemented into the site once new updates are added ?

I haven't seen a way, either, and I do think it's going to be added. People currently are using the first comment for their description, from what I've seen here and there. I hope that helps.
