Is it worth buying a ready-made crypto company in Europe?
-
Hi! I’m planning to launch a DeFi platform with staking and lending features. I want to enter the EU market as soon as possible. I’m considering buying a ready-made crypto company with an existing CASP license so I don’t have to wait 6–8 months for a new one. Has anyone had experience buying such a company? How safe is it, what are the risks regarding the company’s history, how does the license transfer work, and how much will a ready-made option with MiCA actually cost in 2026?

Hi! I bought a ready made crypto company europe in Europe on crypto-license-europe four months ago and consider it one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My story: my partners and I already had an audience, but we couldn’t wait for a new license—the competition is fierce. We chose a company in Lithuania with an active CASP license (Class 2). The share transfer process took just 18 days, and the regulator confirmed the change of beneficial owners without reissuing the license. The company was clean, with a good track record, and fully ready to go. We’ve now launched a staking pool and are actively attracting users across Europe. The service handled everything turnkey: legal support, due diligence, and bank accounts. The savings in time and money are enormous. I highly recommend it if you want a fast and legal launch.
