Is anyone else having the same oroblem of items not uloading?

Yes, my items are taking a very long time tonight too, but one of them just came through after about an hour, so I guess the rest will start soon. Probably admin is doing something on the software currently?

@joeanne One trick I discovered is having two sessions open of URSTYLE. One is for uploading your items, which is how I do it (since you can't use the clipper in the app) and the second window is the item organizer.
Even though the upload of the items is just that continual circle motion, if you keep refreshing the item organizer you will see them even before the spinning circle stops.
Hope that helps sugar but agree it can be painful waiting for items!!

Yes, I've been having trouble with items not loading for about 5 hours. I've cleared my cache & they still are not coming through. I'm copying @admin on this e-mail string so they know about the problem.

@joeanne I find that towards our evening items take longer to upload but in the morning it is pretty good. Maybe it is a busy period ie traffic congestion from time to time.

Same here. The clipper does not clip and the items are not getting added up uploading. I hope it gets resolved. Also app in not available in USA? Anyone having that issue?

I came on thinking this was my newest post aout this problem instead I find this is the 5 DAY OLD post about the same problem I am still having.
In this post I ended up getting item uploaded, for a very short time...........but here we are again and stil the same problem!!!!
ADMIN please can we have some intel on anything that could be casuing this constant problem. -

@quirksofme 5 days and this problem has been happening, sorry maybe in TOTAL I've had uploads for maybe an hour and thats being generous I feel. Sorry you having these problems sweetie hugs xx
