Contests Won't work

Hi. I made my first group yesterday, and I am making my first contests.
I put my first one up on my phone, and was having a hiccup so I wrote this. " Each have multiple winners, but when I set the contest up it comes up with 1 winner and won't let me change it. Am I doing something wrong, or is it referring to THE winner vs anyone who places?"
Now I tried again on my laptop and a could adjust it. However, now that I'm on my laptop, whether I'm editing or creating a contest, the site won't let me save the contest. Am I doing something wrong, or the sight having another screw-up session?
