@fassionista @TroiArcher @BlueKnight If you hold the pointer over the red triangle it will usually tell you the reason it won't download. Most of the time for me it's because the item is to small. When saving to your device you might want to make sure it meets the size requirements or it will be rejected anyway. Minimum size requirement: 280X280

This was happening to me on my laptop, but when I switched to my iPad it was working again!

You might wait a while for a reply, the @admin I think isn't always online as much as we'd like. But you may be asked to make a Googledrive Doc to send to him since you're having the same issue I have. I'm currently trying this method to make a Googledoc. Once the doc is ready I'll be sending @admin it and see if he can import my old sets manually from his end.
If I hear back before you, I'll let you know what happens.

@decembermoon Did you crop items like shown here: https://youtu.be/HKhaAX9IKSg ? Also, as @Myrrael suggested, the item itself might be causing the problem, so it would be good to try to crop different items

@vn1ta never any question about that. The Team is extraordinary in those efforts and I think I acknowledged that in my Post as well. It was not my intention to disparage URStyle's efforts and I wasn't questioning where the funds were being allocated. It's clear the Platform is complex and expensive. It's just that I felt a few questions needed to be asked and our perspective as members be considered as well. Those questions have been answered and I truly appreciate the responses!
