Once upon a time i had over 600k followers on Polyvore and I, just like everybody else was a Polyvore refugee looking for a new home. This place is undoubtedly the closest thing I've found and I'm grateful it exists but is it just me or does it feel a little like a ghost town? Is the commuity active here? I mostly find interior designers and art creators or people who create magazine layouts. I used to love the contests as they inspired me to create my sets, I have entered all I can find (that doesn't require me to add text to my sets) but there's not many... Are any groups active? Just trying to figure out the community a little bit ^.^ I think perhaps a lot of Polyvorers still haven't discovered Urstyle.
ANYWAY. Asides all that, I was wondering what people do with their sets and creations. Do you just use this place? Do you post them on an instagram or take them over to a blog perhaps? I always wanted to spread my Polyvore further due to follower count but never really knew what I should do.
Please say and introduce yourself and all that jazz and I'll be settling into my new home.

Was a polyvore member for almost eight years before it ended! Depressing to see it go but I'm really enjoying it here. It has a lot of similar features and is constantly trying to update stuff. I joined when Urstyle was first up and A LOT has changed in the past year or so, it's been really impressive to see how much they've added and evolved.
I also love contests and like to base a lot of set ideas off of them. Not sure what kind of groups/contests in particular you are looking for but a couple that I have been enjoying that have regular contests are Travel Lookbook by @DotingSage : https://urstyle.com/groups/travel-lookbook/contests

I remember joining groups and contests on polyvore similar to the "What Would You Wear _____" idea and really wanted to bring it to urstyle.
Not sure if you're in any of these already, but if not they're worth checking out!
