The clipper is not working! Why?

Admins told me that the Clipper was fixed. However, the items queue was frozen until recently, but it started clearing up earlier today. Your items should start appearing. Thanks for your patience.

Same here! The clipper is down again. Probably because many people are clipping now, after days of waiting to do it.

@pepperland @HMQUEENROSE I've reported the problem with Clipper to admins again. Hopefully, they will soon be able to resolve the Clipper problems for good.

@toque-moda Admin informed me that a certain broken image froze the Clipper queue, but they fixed it and everything should be working normally.

@vn1ta Hi! Does the clipper is still having problems, because I cleared my cache and even uninstalled the clipper and installed it again and i still can't upload any item?

@riuk Clipper issues are going on and off lately, so it's hard for me to tell when there is a site-wide issue, as I do not have access to technical data (I am a community manager), but I get information from the URSTYLE administrators.
In any case, I have just tested the Clipper again and my item from Farfetch didn't appear yet. Let's wait a little and see what happens. It's possible that there is a queue due to large number of user uploads. Sorry for the inconvenience

@anna-of-sweden Well, the migration to the new servers was finished last Wednesday, but stability and speed issues are something that administrators are working on. I cannot give you an exact estimate, as this depends on many non-static factors, but I hope that URSTYLE developers can manage to fix the issues soon.
Which problems are you encountering?

@vn1ta thank you for the answer! I have problems with speed while creating a set - sometimes pages just don't show and i have to save draft and reload the page. Also there are problems with clipper etc
