The clipper is not working! Why?

@romaboots Thanks for the reply ... I now have made a folder for my URSTYLE items on my favourites bar on my pc where i safe the items and the website . Easy to get them back and clip when everything gets back to normal

Great solution; I've spent a lot of time going back & trying to figure out where I clipped stuff & have lost items in the process. Hope things are fixed soon with the clipper.

Admins told me that the Clipper was fixed. However, the items queue was frozen until recently, but it started clearing up earlier today. Your items should start appearing. Thanks for your patience.

Same here! The clipper is down again. Probably because many people are clipping now, after days of waiting to do it.

@pepperland @HMQUEENROSE I've reported the problem with Clipper to admins again. Hopefully, they will soon be able to resolve the Clipper problems for good.

@toque-moda Admin informed me that a certain broken image froze the Clipper queue, but they fixed it and everything should be working normally.

@vn1ta Hi! Does the clipper is still having problems, because I cleared my cache and even uninstalled the clipper and installed it again and i still can't upload any item?

@riuk Clipper issues are going on and off lately, so it's hard for me to tell when there is a site-wide issue, as I do not have access to technical data (I am a community manager), but I get information from the URSTYLE administrators.
In any case, I have just tested the Clipper again and my item from Farfetch didn't appear yet. Let's wait a little and see what happens. It's possible that there is a queue due to large number of user uploads. Sorry for the inconvenience
