Is anyone else unable to access their collections? All I get is spinning circles in the create tool and they are not available in the organizer either. I tried clearing my browsing history, cache and cookies three times. I understood from Urstyle's notification that the clipper might be disabled for a couple of days. Are our collections disabled also?

Yes....I got a message saying "We are upgrading our system. Some services will be temporally unavailable " they will be working on getting it up and running hopefully soon....

That's exactly what's happening to me. I hope it will soon be removed.

Hi, Debra! Everything is taking a lot of time to load, especially the collections and the organizer. They are ‘heavy’ sessions of the site, that’s probably why. Things will get back to normal next week, hopefully. Cheers!

Yes me too sweetie, just think it is because they are doing a big update and things are going to be slow for awhile.

@debraelizabeth I think I have something akin. Since the maintenance I can't add sets to collections because they either won't show or only load some on the set I'm trying to add.

@vn1ta Thanks so much for your response. I saw the notification. I understand the clipper will be disabled for a few days but it does not say anything about collections. Please let me know if collections are disabled. I tried clearing my cache and cookies at least 6 times since yesterday. I even tried switching browsers. I don't mean to complain. I really appreciate all the improvements. Hopefully, everything will be back to normal soon.

@debraelizabeth This is what admins have told me and I wrote it in the announcement: "We will be testing new features and work on speed improvements in the next couple of days, which may have an impact on the stability of the current features. We will work on providing complete stability for all site features by the next week." - I was referring especially to that part when I advised you to check the announcement
Collections are not disabled, but they are probably difficult for the system to load / read, as they are "heavy". All features should be stable by the next week. In any case, you can contact the developers via [email protected] for more details
