Clipper Not Working

About 12 hours ago the clipper quit working for me @admin. Please advise & thanks so much for your help (I cleared my cache).

yeah it doesn't seem to be working correctly still
i did upload something through the "add items" button though and it popped up after a few minutes.

@ahlexandra Please try some of these methods: use the existing items that you have (liked and uploaded ones), research shared user uploads (here) or research collections on the site (from the side menu - button COLLECTIONS), or explore the SHOP section / Creator menu .
The admins will probably fix the problem in a couple of hours because it's night in their country. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@vn1ta It is now working but it's hit and miss; in other words some items download and some don't. Thank you ever so much for your prompt reply!!

Mine has been on and off, I just wait for awhile and it shows up sooner or later. I think so many members are on, it maybe over loaded the system.

having same issue, clipped items today, but they are not visible after 8 hours.. guess it will never happen.. and not sure should i start again?

Ladies @aaliyahjh , @FatenMH , @sjlew , @romaboots , @ahlexandra the admins were informed about the issue and the fix should be ready soon, I hope
We need to note that it's weekend and it's around 10pm in administrators' country.
Please try some of these methods until the Clipper is fixed:
- use the existing items that you have (liked and uploaded ones)
- research shared user uploads (here)
- research collections on the site (from the side menu - button COLLECTIONS)
- explore the SHOP section / Creator menu .
You could create sets with some of the items found this way.

Hm, I didn't have it, but now am experiencing this issue, too. And, yes, I can patiently wait, of course. ( Just wanted to test out this 'new' website I found x.x )
Last item uploaded successfully this morning ( CET, GMT+1, can't recall exact time, sorry ).

Clipper just started working again for me. Unfortunately all the items I clipped yesterday have not loaded. Since this has happened a few times during our site growth period I have learned to test one or two items first before spending a long time clipping many. If one or two do not load I check the community site to see if something is going on and then just wait it out.

I have had the same problem. It is very intermittent. I uploaded two items last night and neither one has shown up at all. This morning I clipped one item and it finally made it to my items. I am unable to complete a set. I know that the system is overloaded and will take some time for the developers to get it to a point that it can take all the users of Urstyle. Maybe we all should not sign in for a few days and they might be able to get it to a point that it can accept the mass of users. Just a thought!
. I know we all need to be patient and wait it out. @vn1ta is doing a great job as community organizer. However, she can not make it work for us. Give her a few words of praise. Have a safe and pleasant week ahead.

I've had problems with the Clipper too and none of my items showed up for 2 days...
I have informed the administrators about this and I'm hoping they can resolve it! -

I am truly sorry for all the trouble, I know it can be frustrating. Let's see what the IT developers can do

The items that weren't uploaded the other day can be uploaded now, it seems... However, the process of searching and uploading them must be repeated. I am sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi Urstyle admin. is the clippers not working still an issue now? mine keeps asking for log in.
