Imported images are not adding to set in full size when creating set.

@vn1ta I tried re-uploading some of the Moda items and it still was cut in half in the non-background mode.

@vn1ta Not to pile on another problem but I also get image distortion on some items from Modaoperandi. The items look like they're metallic (mainly printed items). I've worked around this by clipping them to Pinterest and then back onto URStyle. I'm wondering if there's some techno glitch in the Moda items. I do get the "cut in half" problem with other websites from time to time but Moda is the worst.

@romaboots Did this happen recently? One of the administrators told me that changes related to image import and conversion were applied on August 28. It seems that high resolution / large sized items are causing many problems.

Yes, the image distortion continues to be a problem with mostly printed items I clip even recently. I want to thank you for your diligence in looking into these glitches for us all. You are much appreciated!!

Are you encountering issues with images cropped in half (in "No background" mode) like other users in this topic, or do you have problems with image resolution (distorted, blurry, pixelated images)? -
Dear friends @Ollie @FashionMonkey @MaisondeForgeron @romaboots , admins informed me that they have applied another fix that should resolve the problem with cropped images (in "No background" mode).
Please let me know if re-uploading items worked for you or if you have problems with newly imported images (after SEP 18, 2018).

@vn1ta I have both issues: cropped images & item distortion. So glad to hear admins put in a fix. I'll clip something from Modaoperandi & see what happens. Hopefully it'll work. Thanks a million for your help!!

@vn1ta Just wanted to let you know that I clipped an item from Moda & it was just fine!! Yeah, you & the team fixed it!! I have a lot of chopped images but I will just reload them as I use them. Thanks a million!!!!!!!!!

@vn1ta Well unfortunately now the items from Moda are invisible when in non-background mode (both newly clipped and formerly clipped items). They show for a second then disappear. I can click onto full background mode and see them but it won't let me click back to non-background mode. Weird. The item does show in full though for that second I see it, not half. Also the items appear very grainy. Kind of bummed because most of my clipped items are from Moda. I'm sure they will figure out the fix in time. Thank you so much for your effort in helping to figure this out.

Maybe you could try clearing browser cache (instructions) and then try to upload new items...?Or you could try some of these sites: farfetch.com , net-a-porter.com , matchesfashion.com , bloomingdales.com , barneys.com , saksfifthavenue.com , harrods.com , neimanmarcus.com , luisaviaroma.com , nordstrom.com

@vn1ta Thank you for that tip but I have cleared my cache, etc. and I use all those sites too, it just happens that the majority of my currently clipped items are from Moda Operandi. Not the end of the world...it will resolve in time. Off to do some clipping

When you upload a new item, and if you still have a problem, please make sure to post it as a response to admin's message (not sure if you've seen it above, so here's a picture):

@vn1ta I have some imports of plants with a white background and used to be able to using the slider (do not know correct name for this) remove the white background. Unfortunately now I cannot. Thank you
