Cannot Publish New Sets
-
@shambala-379 If they're not in your drafts, they're 'in limbo'. Please provide (if you recall) the title of the attempted published set(s). if they're floating, they may need to be fished up.
( They can also just randomly show up, by the way. )Also, little reminder to everyone, that sites often go fully off-line to upgrade. Running upgrades in the background keeps a site up and can spawn the oddest issues that cannot be tested before releasing an upgrade. Please exercise patience, always.

@myrrael Oh, I just entered my profile and they appeared as published sets. Anyway thank you for clarifying some things, I don't spend much time on the site so I don't always know what's going on.
Have a great day -
@shambala-379 Yay, awesome!

I can't create since this morning. It keeps loading and noting happen, can't leave the create section without loosing the set or draft. Cannot even save the draft.
-
@bastet now everything should work fine, if you have still a problem please take a screenshot to don't lose your set.
We have implemented also some innovation when it's going about your saving sets safety - when our servers are down, URSTYLE will ask you to save set image and backup data offline on your PC -
@admin Good morning......I'm still receiving the same error messages when trying to save or publish. Do we need to clear out the cache for updates to take effect? Thanks for all your hard work!

Hello.
I am still having this glitch as well.
-
@admin still not working
-
All, I restarted my browser after clearing the cache and signed back in......it appears everything is working now as I'm able to save and publish. Great work URSTYLE team!!!!

@admin I think I spoke to soon in my previous comment. It's back to errors with publishing and although I can now download my set, it's in a weird file format. Also, I'm noticing that the backwards and forward function within the editor only allows one click and then you need to bring the icons up again to click on them again. Odd! Again, thanks for your work!
