thank you so much for checking on it.

@affton thank you very much

@izzystarsparkle Dear, just make sure to save the links (of the items that you like and wish to import to Urstyle) by using the bookmark function on your browser. That's what I do while I'm waiting for the Clipper
You can actually save bookmark by simply dragging the link onto the bookmark toolbar surface.
Anyway, here are more detailed instructions: https://www.gcflearnfree.org/print/chrome/bookmarking-in-chrome?playlist=Chrome . Nothing has to be lost
Or use the Pocket functionality to save links: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-to-pocket/niloccemoadcdkdjlinkgdfekeahmflj?hl=en
Good luck!

@vn1ta
οΈ
οΈThank you. Question deleting cache. Do we need to delete browsing history that show up as well as the cache?
-
@izzystarsparkle You're most welcome, dear!
No dear, I think that we don't need to delete browsing history
Just cookies and cache - like shown here:
- Chrome: https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
- Mozilla: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/delete-cookies-remove-info-websites-stored .
I recommend using Chrome, it's a lot easier to do this there and Urstyle works better in Chrome
Best wishes!
-
@izzystarsparkle I just deleted the cache only and it seemed to work for me on Firefox.
-
@frazzled-kat I guess it depends on the platform too (device) or operating system
For me Chrome worked almost perfectly so far, but it may be different for others
In any case, I always post info about both of those browsers since they're most widely used.

@vn1ta I totally agree. And its very nice of you to go the extra mile and include the links, its very helpful. I debated deleting cookies too, but I decided to try just the cache and see what would happen. Like you said, with all the different platforms you just don't know what will work for who.
