Page Position

@olivpear When making collections it would really help after adding an item to a collection when returning to the previous page it would be in the same position that u left instead of going back to the top of page. (exp) if u use a item in the middle of the page when returning or going back to the page u would still b at the middle item not the top bcause u have to scroll down every time to continue to the last item added.

@emcf3548 The way I currently organize items would be to toss a pile into a set, publish it, open per item in the Used in set tab (open up in new tab), add it to collection, then go back to the set for the next item. I was going insane, otherwise. So many items, and I know you have many more to go through.

@myrrael oh ok I will try that until a better solution is found. Thank u so much.
-
@emcf3548 No problem.
I'm also waiting for a simpler way to organize, glad I could share my work around. -
@myrrael lol that was a gr8t idea
-
Thanks !!!
-
@myrrael That sounds like what I do. Once there in a collection a delete the set that I published.
-
@izzystarsparkle Yup. I saw someone do it, but can't recall who, and found it so very brilliant I had to try it for myself. Works well. Not perfect, but a good work around for now.
-
@myrrael Thanks for the workaround for creating collections. I am looking forward to trying it out.

@emcf3548 @Myrrael @Affton @izzystarsparkle Dears, you could also try opening items in new tabs, then adding them to the collection
Just click the item title, then open it in a new tab. As you add items to collections, you close the old tabs, and open new ones
Hope this helps a bit! -
@vn1ta Thanks. Will try that too!
-
@affton You're welcome, dear!
Feel free to use whichever you find easier!

@vn1ta @Myrrael Thanks so much for both of your tips. I have found them useful in deleting items when I have many to delete. I had uploaded many items for my collections that I am sharing with users, but many are items that I may never use. With the new URSTYLE delete items feature, not only can I delete duplicate items but I can delete other items that I uploaded to my collections. This is what I am doing:
I am creating a set , adding many items that I want to delete and then publishing the set. After it is published, I go into the set and right click on each item, select "open link in new tab" and go to the tab and delete the item. I repeat this for each item in the set. When I am finished deleting all of the items in the set, then I delete the set. It has been a huge time saver and I am getting my items back to a manageable number. The beauty of it is if I change my mind and want to use the deleted item in a set, all I have to do is go to the collection where it was uploaded, like the item and it is then available to use in my liked items.
Thanks again.

@affton I'm glad that these tips are working out for you, dear!
Have a great day!

@affton Good afternoon ev1 but Affton this only works if u have the item included in a collection?
-
@emcf3548 Yes. That is true. It has to be part of a collection.
