HOW TO RETRIEVE OLD POLYVORE SET ITEMS USING PINTEREST

@emcf3548 this is really easy just highlight item pinterest does all the searching (ex I highlighted a green pump it finds the pump and then shows a page full of pumps that r similar and asst. colors so instead of pinning just the one I searched for I can pin as many as I want then just upload them later or as needed.)

Sounds great! I've been uploading 99% of my items from Pinterest, but hadn't found them in that way. I'll have to try it later today

@maggotpunk Pinterest has honestly been a backbone for all my items we're so lucky they were linked to polyvore cause i'd have broke down trying to refind items

@ahngelical after highlighting item on pinterest if it has dots on items it will find the item without moving the highlighted box to each item

@emcf3548 just click on the dot and it will find that itema and all other similar items wow

@ahngelical i thought about making a pinterest account just so i can compile things to "clip" but, ,, that would take too long haha, it has been very helpful though. most everything that i regularly used i've found on there

@emcf3548 I am having the same problem as you. When I click on the three dots, it says report or embed. Where did you find the right place to click?

@affton hi! On the app for iOS (probably android too) its the three dots at the top. On a webpage there’s a little button that looks like a square with the sides cut out on the top right of the image. If you click that it leads too the ‘find visually similar’

@myrrael I have a new collection of transparent necklaces. I tried a few out before I put them in the collection and had success, however when I later tried to use a different one in a set, it was the opposite of transparent, the background was black.
Others worked fine. You are welcome to try them out. Lucky for you, you just have unlike it if it does not work.

By the way, you can also find a lot of Polyvore items when you're searching for "My Polyvore finds" boards on Pinterest - I tried it personally and it worked well!
