How do you usually prepare for a tree trimming or removal job before giving the customer a price? I’m trying to get better at keeping track of the work involved, materials, cleanup, and any unexpected tasks that might come up. Do you have a simple way of organizing all those details before starting?

I have found that keeping the job details organized makes things much easier once the work is finished. For tree jobs, I like having the services, cleanup, and costs clearly listed so there is less confusion later. I recently started using https://arbostar.com/templates/tree-service-invoice for that, and it has been pretty convenient.
