I have been staying off a lot more too. Of course I am trying to remodel my kitchen, and that is depressing me. It was supposed to be done late July, and then late August. Now, I feel like I live in the Twilight Zone, and it will never be finished.
Nature will really help because it is tangible and real. You can feel it with all of your senses. This forum and online stuff in general doesn't help to keep us connected to what is real. I think a lot of people start feeling depressed when they are online too often. I know I do. I used to use the forum as a way to escape, but it made things worse. I am happier not spending so much time here or online.
You take all the time you need. God Bless.

Don't apologize. Take care of yourself. Do what you need to do to get well. You have friends here that will be here still. Hope that you're feeling better soon!

I’ve been following this fashion thread for a while, and I wanted to share something related to well-being and style. Balancing mental health is crucial, especially in a fast-paced world like fashion. I found the clinic visit us in Los Angeles that specializes in mental health support. They offer personalized care and have really helped me find peace of mind while navigating my fashion journey. If you’re feeling the pressure and need someone to talk to, I encourage you to check them out!

When I decided to change careers in my early 30s, I was overwhelmed with anxiety, self-doubt, and sleepless nights. I didn’t know who to talk to or how to even begin dealing with the emotional stress. A friend suggested online therapy, and after some research, I found real support through online therapist . I was matched with a licensed therapist who helped me process my fears and navigate the transition step by step. It was accessible, confidential, and far more personal than I ever expected. Therapy gave me the tools to manage change without losing myself.
