Hi can anyone help me uploading items to urstyle on an iPad, I’m wondering if there’s something in the settings I need to change

@janesstylediary In this thread is a tutorial on uploading that I did for someone else but sometimes files are encrypted and no matter what you do you will not be able to upload them. I find this is becoming more frequent these days, if you right click on the image and open in a new tab, the file name will tell you if the image is encrypted, sometimes they will have just a z or something at the start of the file name or it will say encrypted. @janesstylediary I have the same problem with my iPad. As far as I have been able to discover, the ap which you download to be able to upload with apple only works on the full apple operating system on their full computers. iPhones and iPads run on a less full operating system and the ap to clip items will not work with them. I don’t have a computer at the moment and it drives me crazy that I can’t clip items on my iPad! If anyone else has found a way to be able to upload items from an iPad I too would be very grateful! But as far as I have been able to discover, it’s simply not possible.

iPads are different and there seems to be more limitations when it comes to uploading and downloading. This is why I much prefer a laptop computer to an iphone or pad. I just find them so difficult to navigate when it comes to doing artwork here.
