I have tried emailing and tweeting about this and no one seems to help us. We are users asking for help and no one has updated us in three days.

We still cannot see our items in the creating tools. Yes we can unlike and relike them and they will show up, but some of us have 1000+ items.

Others are having trouble with updating our profile pictures and headers.
It is unfair for us users to be left in the dark. This is about creating and connecting we cannot do that with these issues. All we ask is for an update.

@emmagrant They have replied back to this thread. They said that the were working on it in the database but couldn't give us a ETA on when it would be fixed. The reply gets lost in everyone else's.

hello, part of my items and collection are gone I don't have access being deleted, I would like to know what happened and what action you will take on this bug

For any users not able to see their items in create a tool I discovered a hack. It's very tedious, but if you like an item it appears back in the items category. Same with items that are in collections. If it is already liked but not showing up, unlike and re-like it again.
Side note: I have noticed items slowly appearing back in on their own. Two loaded yesterday. Today it was about a handful. Have no idea if it's doing it on it's own or if the team is trying to fix the problem. I honestly think the drafts are a lost cause that this point. It was as if everything was reset. I can understand the frustration, but unless there's a back up of it in the system I think they're gone. Hope this was helpful to someone.

@admin I'm having the same problem as everyone else. also some of my liked items won't show up while I'm creating a set. Hope it will be fixed soon!

Hi! I am still having the same issues others are reporting where my items aren't showing up. I can see them all under the items tab on my profile, but when I go into the create tool or in organizing my items, it seems like half or more are missing (seems random, some old ones are there while some newer ones aren't). I'm sure you guys are working on it and I thank you for all your hard work!

@admin Hello, many of my uploaded items are missing, I am missing almost half of my liked items as well as items in my collections going missing. Nearly all my drafts have gone, only one is left and items have gone missing from that too. If these could be returned it would be greatly appreciated, thank you very much!!

Most of the items added in the last 180 days just back to the create tool.
Rest of them will back soon,
image upload issues will be next to fix -
