Urstyle Finally Responded to my FB Message...

This was their response:
"Please reinstall Android App to make it working again. Stability issues are under development, we are planning to resolve them in the mid of the next week"
Not too much to go on but nice to know they finally acknowledged there is a problem!!

Did as they suggested and uninstalled then reinstalled the App on my Android tablet and I am still getting the same annoying message:
503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
openresty/1.15.8.1blah blah blah🥱

@cindu12 Well, that is annoying. So sorry I can not help you. I only use Urstyle on my laptop.

@cindu12 Oh that is annoying !P.S. Cindy…..can you do it without the app ? I don’t have the app on my iPad and it seems to work all right….. I never create sets on it on the iPad though, so I don’t know if it will do that !

@auntiehelen going through chrome right now on my tablet but the app works fine on my phone!! Go figure!! No matter how they spin it, it is extremely annoying!!

@auntiehelen @cindu12 sorry to break it to you but the app isn't really an app with specialty just notification and such in a different place. If you use the chome browser or any [kiwi, opera etc] on your tablet it works exactly the same as if you were on a PC. You can just set your browser to desktop chrome instead of mobile settings if you are having issues with app. You can still play on the regular URSTYLE

@luckied99 Thank you darlin!! I was curious as to why I could do the exact same thing through my browser as I could the app and may just keep it that way for now. All this just seems so odd to me that there have been no updates and a serious lack of communication from @admin except for what pearl of wisdom I received today.
I mentioned when I responded that I had already done the uninstall reinstall fun more times than I could count over the last couple of days. Prior to that the app worked just fine on my tablet so obviously it is on their end.
Fingers crossed it does indeed get fixed this coming week as they stated...

@cindu12 I am actually surprised that there was a response ..haven't seen any 'news' 'hellos' 'updates' 'need help with' "fixed this' 'check this out' or a 'congrats..' etc anywhere for the last 2 years it seems....lol. very silent behind the scenes which could mean...the good the bad or the ugly...LOL

@luckied99 I hear ya and those are exactly my thoughts. Updates came on a reagular basis suggestions were almost always used or explained why it wasn't done yet. That has completely stopped. Also, their twitter page and FB page are dormant exactly like the community page. Trying not to have negative thoughts but the silence is deafening!
