Error 503

@maryama The error had disappeared, solved maybe but then it happened again. Now I can get here but....when I want to create, after seeing my collections they're not there anymore. The message I see is: you have no collections. Yes, I do have 19 pages of items, but I cannot possibly go through them all to find the items I want for my set like that. I do hope this will be solved quickly. Every time some updating or whatever is happening, things don't run smoothly anymore. I really want to create! Please Urstyle......

@maryama The 503 Service Unavailable error is an HTTP status code that means the website's server is simply not available right now. Most of the time, it occurs because the server is too busy or because there's maintenance being performed on it.

There is heavy maintenance being done on Urstyle, plus the updates and new changes they are doing take time. The site is also shutdown to perform any new additions or changes being made. It is intermittent, however I am pleased with what they have planned for the website. Let us all wish them lots of success.

@maryama Well, everything seems to be working again fine for me tonight. So perhaps the maintenance/updates are all done. Let's hope it will stay so for some time so we can all enjoy creating again.

Problem has been resolved. Our team plans to focus on the stability issues early next week. Thank you for you support!Also keep in mind that they are in Europe, so when it goes down during their night time, @admin may not even be aware until the next morning.
It is frustrating, but I do agree they work hard for us to make the site as perfect as they can, it just takes time on their side and lots of patience on our side.
Remember, if PV ever went down, we never knew, so at the very least I am grateful we have a way to communicate directly with the team and they actually care what we think!

@admin So this is what is happening to me right now. Right in the middle of a sessions whether I am creating or just looking at other's sets, it freezes and I get the annoying spinning circle. I hit refresh cache and then I get the 503 error and have to off, reset, and clear cache on chrome. Not sure if any one else is experiencing this but I certainly hope you can get this issue resolved soon. Thank you always for your help!

The 503 error is happening about every few minutes. I am sure after talking to the administration last week that the updates and changes to Urstyle is not a fast one. It is going to take time and I guess that depends on what they are doing or the problems they might encounter along the way. Actually, I was complaining to Damian about the spinning circles and the 503 error in a message. He said well there will be several in the next few minutes, so do not get frustrated. Sure enough, it happened. So, I am grinning and bearing it.
