Another thing I forgot to suggest: It would be cool if we could tag/organize liked items. It can be hard looking for something specific especially when you've liked a lot of items.

@teresamargit You can. If you click on the item, click on add to collection, you can then add it to a collection you already made or if you click on add new you can then create a new collection. I hope that helps.

@fashionmonkey Hey. Thanks. I recently figured that out but I'm still kind of unhappy with the collections.
On polyvore I was able to tag items first and then put them in collections.
I don't know how other users do it but I use the collections I made to organize items I have so I can easily find them.
But I'd also like to make "aesthetic collections" that are not necessarily helpful for the set-making. -
A couple of things that I miss from polyvore that are super simple (and maybe lame?) are being able to see my sets in drafts and pushing all my items. Let me explain because that was super vague. In drafts, instead of just titles I'd like to see my set. I forget what's in these sets all the time so that would be so helpful. And by pushing all my items I mean like leveling them. There was a tool that you could use to have all items line up evenly at the bottom or any other sides, they could cluster or be spread with an even distance between them. I used those features so much they're incredibly missed. (Another thing, though this may be a glitch, tagging doesn't work?)

@teresamargit I also miss the tags so much! It was very easy to use multiple tags at once.

@followyourbliss I remember! I have sets here brought over from P'vore that are, "with audio" in their titles. Sound bytes with geese honking, song clips, etc. I know music now is more closely guarded so the artists get paid, but hearing the sound choices of other P'vorians ultimately sold music as well as fashion. It also broadened my musical spectrum, and for that, I'm thankful. Yes, I miss the joy of sets with music!

Another feature I’d love to see in the blog and topic editor is either being able to make a chart kind of like in excel with cells or being able to move different areas of text across the page and having it stay fixed on the same line. For example, making a calendar with months in one row and dates below them in corresponding rows.

For those of us who are new to being moderators to groups, if we mess up a contest (Yes, I did) and mark it finished before we mark the winners (Yes, that was me), it would be good if we could go back in and edit that contest and fix the winner list. At the moment, once the contest is marked finished there is no editing feature that I can find.
In the meantime, @admin - can you help me fix this?!? I sure would appreciate it! Thank you for all that you do!

@followyourbliss Hello my friend I just saw your statement about enjoying the music we use to put with our poly sets...I loved that feature and used it all the time I do not think it is a problem at least not with You Tube as I will tell you why I still go over to Trendme and create sets there and lots and lots of folks put music to their sets on their page there from You Tube..Including me,with no problems at all.I have addressed this to URSTYLE SEVERAL TIMES ON THEIR FACEBOOK PAGE,and they were very good about getting right back to me at least a year ago I asked them about this,and they said they were working on it...It has been a year and I asked again same thing they have it in the works but there are other pressing things i guess they want to do first. I don't think too many are requesting this function on here but I'm glad to see a few of us yes indeed want to add our music...maybe it's coming who knows I will be waiting cause what else can we do ...hugs to you my music friend Louise

@weesey Hey Im sorry for the late reply. I just saw this. I never got notified for it. Another fix that Needs to happen. Do a lot of people use Tremdme? I tried Shoplook first but it wasnt for me. I miss the music and the overall site has slowed down. I dont want to leave Urstyle just a little worried that they might shut down too.

Like @TeresaMargit and @jesuisunlapin I also really miss the Polyvore 'tagging' system!
I have managed to create a work-around system where everything is neatly organized using private collections. This works pretty well, but I'd love to start publishing 'aesthetic' collections with nice titles. As you can see from the attached image, doing so would mess up my tagging system by jumbling everything together.
My suggestion is to make a separate tab in the organizer/creator for our private and public collections. This would give us the option to use private collections as a tagging system, without mixing all our published collections into the same list.
@admin I'd love to know what you think!

@shockofthenew that’s what I do as well, use the private collections to keep items organized. Your suggestion is very clever! Also, it would be great to have a search bar for the ‘collections’ tab on the ‘create’ page. It’s very hard to go page by page to find the collections we are looking for while creating sets.

This kind of sounds like a small thing, but I'd like the cropping to be a bit easier to use. On Polyvore they had dots you could add around the object and then drag around. That wasn't perfect, but you could at least get a straight line.
The best part was that a person's saved cropped version of an item was available for other people to use, so that if you were bad at it you could still get a good version.
When I'm drawing an outline around an item on this now, my hand shakes so much that it never looks very good.

@pie-epic Thank you for bringing this up! The re-use of cropped versions is something I am missing very much, too. Once you have done some "nice" or difficult cropping work, you could just store it away and use it whenever it suited you. Same applies to the "cutting work". Would be great to re-use it.

@followyourbliss Hello! I have just looked at Trendme and noticed that they have a filter for fashion and art sets. But, to be honest, I did not see much difference in the results. Looks like almost every set is tagged as art and fashion. Would love to be able to use a true "art set" filter in urstyle.

There are almost too many issues to be able to URSTYLE in any substantive manner, unfortunately. I would pay (a very nominal) fee/accept ads to use this app IF it worked. But I have yet to see that consistency. If I were the admins/creators, I would do whatever necessary to duplicate Polyvore down to every detail and then improve on it. Throw in SOME ads so that you guys are making money and get a backend percentage off of items bought through/attached to the site.

A way to sort "Get Inspired"

Better UX for "Get Inspired" = when you choose an image under this category, it updates your current page instead of opening a new tab/window. If you try to open the image in a new tab/window, it doesn't load properly/loads w dead links. Consequently, you lose where you've scrolled to on the Get Inspired Feed

The Clipper is SO glitchy. Last time I used it, it worked for clipping 3 items. Then, it kept requesting for me to login. Then wouldn't log me in. Then, I came to my homepage and nothing that I had clipped appeared.

Under the "Create" function, "My Items" should appear with the most recent first, as denoted as PAGE 1, with older items increasing in number
- Why is there no way to create a private Set??? -
Under "Collections" in the main menu: there's no way to sort Collections!
- There are Collections displayed that are empty! C'mon!
