I haven't been able to save or publish a set for 2 days. I get that message about backing it up to the system, which it goes no where when you do that. I had to open a new page to leave this message so I don't lose the set that has been sitting on my computer screen since yesterday! #admin?

I've also been having the same problem. One set published but that's all I've been able to do. Can't save sets, then they save, can't upload backed up sets. I e-mailed admin about this problem as many of us seem to be having it. Hopefully they'll fix it but it's the weekend in CA so it may take awhile until after the weekend.

I have not been able to save Drafts... in that, it states that my set cannot be saved and asks me if I want to download a copy. Whether I opt to download a copy or not, this "feature" actually saves the Draft version -- BUT I also am unable to publish. I'm concerned that UrStyle Admin is not addressing this issue, or making us aware of any updates or site maintenance that may interfere with Set Creation. Or have I missed something?

I was sick and off the site for almost a week. I come back to this problem now into day 2 of not being able to save or publish a set. @Admin some feedback on this problem would be helpful. I'm leaving my set sitting on my computer screen to avoid the other glitches that occur when I have to reopen a draft. Reopening a draft for me causes the set to sit to far to the right and when it finally does publish it' is off the margins and twice as small.

Well, this is odd. I tried to publish a set with no success. It then disappeared from Drafts and reappeared about 15 minutes later, published just as I'd "saved" it. So I tried it again. Same thing. There is an 'inability to publish notification' followed by a delay, and the set then shows up as published. Something is going awfully wacky. Did UrStyle Admin abandon ship?

@funkyjunkygypsy Me too! It's been 2 days and nothing is any better. It's getting very irritating, I'm about to give up and go to a different site.

Same here sweetie, finally one set did appear hours later, that is it, stayed off all day, hoping it would be fixed, seems no better. Maybe too much traffic for their servers, weather interruptions, updating, have no idea why so much trouble, hope they fix it soon, it has also been slow, hugs!

I'm still having the same issues. I find if you click 'cancel' when it says your set can't be saved, it actually does save your draft set but doesn't tell you. I found this out reloading the page and met set(s) were saved after editing. I can't say if it'll work for everyone though. But when I try to publish a set it says it hasn't been published but then shows up after a few minutes or after an hour. I get the option of saving a backup just encase though.
TBH I don't think anyone admins this site properly anymore. When I've got a reply back from the admin it is very little words and nothing is ever sorted out. An example is this issue going on with the sets and with blocking. I can't see anything from people I have blocked, but they can still see everything of mine and keep creeping on me.
With all these issues not being sorted out and no one getting back to us users, for me it is getting to the point I might delete my account here. -
@girlinthebigbox As you may have noticed in a post of mine her, same issues, except for considering deleting my account. I want to wait and see if we heard from whoever's running this site. Perhaps it is in the process of being sold and expanded? As @Gypsy-Jo said, there is money in art as well as fashion. I can go on and on about that, but anyone considering taking over the admin reigns, so to speak, can see the potential. Hop eyou stick around!

@funkyjunkygypsy I'm not going to leave just yet! I do enjoy being creative on here. I just get frustrated with all the issues and no one seems to care but us users.
I wouldn't know how to run a site like this myself but I would be willing to learn if it helped with running things smoothly.
I do know what you mean as well. Here's hoping things start to improve or we get better admin team. -
@girlinthebigbox In short, it's always about revenue. If fashion is promoted on this website, but not promoted well, then fashion houses/designers are not going to pay UrStyle to load images and links of their merchandise just so we can have fun making collages out of them. Same for furnishings, art, etc. However, keep in mind that many of us promote our own work by sharing our creations on a variety of social media platforms, including blogs, and from there, it goes "viral"; in that others share it too. I don't mean "viral" in the sense that a post /image becomes very popular, but it does get shared, and even one person sharing a UrStyte Set they find online makes that set, technically, viral.
The key is to make UrStyle such a draw that people not only want to create here (free advertising for UrStyle and their accounts), but it makes others want to either buy what they see in the Sets, or shop around on the site. The advantage to this site is that people interested in online shopping can narrow down what they're looking for and shop all sites connected with UrStyle at one time. THAT is what UrStyle needs to promote. Whether they are or not, or are unable to pay their employees due to low revenue, or considering revising and/or selling the site, remains to be seen.
The thing I'm not pleased with, and concerned about, is the lack of communication on the part of @Admin, as they had, until recently, been very helpful, and sure to alert us to service issues, upgrades, changes, improvements, delays, etc. Now I just hear crickets.

I can't say why no one is getting back to us and letting us know what is happening. I had a few replies from the Admin, but like I said, its just a few words and nothing is actually done. Besides from the man's name you gave me, I don't know if there is anyone else we could contact? The actual Urstyle Help email doesn't work. It keeps saying no longer in use.

@girlinthebigbox I feel the same way! I went on Fashmates last night because I got so frustrated not being able to publish sets here. Every time I finally got my 1 set published it would disappear. I backed it up like you said and got it back up this morning and it published right away and then I tried to publish the 2nd set I made and the same thing started all over again. I don't understand how some people are getting to publish sets and a bunch of us aren't! I also believe @admin has jumped ship!

I'm having publishing and ediing sets, have been for the past 2 days as well.
I did get manage to get one set published this morning that I did yesterday but that's it.
I've just went to edit a set and it wouldn't publish either. It did save it (well I'm hoping it did will have to check). I just hope it puts in back in the order of making it as another set I had problems with after editing didn't publish back where I had made it.
Getting so frustrated. -
Well I have just about had it with this site! I sent them a message on Facebook and Twitter asking where they are and why we are not hearing from them on all these issues. If they respond, and I mean "if" then I will pass it on. Something is definitely strange about all this silence...

I've had the same problems for days now. Drafts are saving even though I get an error message. I tried to publish a "test" set several times unsuccessfully. I am hesitant to publish a real set for fear of losing my work. Downloading a back up is fine, but it does not solve the publishing problem. I usually try to be patient, but this is frustrating! If these problems are related to site maintenance or upgrades, a notification from @admin would be helpful.

I also have the same issues. It tells me that it cannot save, however, I did check the draft set and it was there saved and complete. I tried it several more times to make sure it was saving it. It did save it even though I got the message to confirm a backup copy. Then I took the chance to publish it and so far it has not shown up in my sets. I have never been so frustrated in my life on Urstyle. I am not wasting my time anymore today. I have had it!!!
The admin did send me a message a few weeks ago saying they were sharing the servers, and it appeared the servers would be only for Urstyle and then the site would definitely improve. Well, I am not sure anymore. It could be another Polyvore down the road??

The Community Relations (probably have the job title wrong) is @vn1ta , I'm wondering if she knows what is going on. I will message her about these issues. One thing about these current issues is that they started as the weekend was approaching (late afternoon PST for me in CA) so I'm wondering if that had anything to do with the lack of response. I've e-mailed @admin late at night & other times & they're usually responsive.
