Solution for set-publishing issues

@vn1ta Hey, it's been eleven days and my set still hasn't been posted yet. Is the email we should send out .json files the same? I haven't gotten any feedback from the administrators regarding my set.

When you get backups of your set, one file is in .png format, the other one is in .json format. You should send both of them to the administrators via [email protected]. You should also make sure to include your URSTYLE username or profile link, so that admins know where to upload the set
You can send them another email to remind them. Unfortunately, I cannot help you upload your set, as I'm a Community manager, not an IT specialist.Have a nice weekend!

@thegrey1 I've just sent a message to admins to remind them about your email. They should respond soon. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Another solution would be to upload the .png file to Pinterest, clip it to your URSTYLE profile and then publish it as a picture. You should just add a couple of items in the background since each set must contain several items.

@vn1ta hi hun, a set I published about 4 hrs ago entitled “
️” has disappeared. It was the second to last one. I published. It saved fine and I had 1 comment to which I responded. I added the lyrics to a song in the commentary and saved it again and again it saved fine (although it did take a while) and I just opened my iPad and it’s gone. Should I just wait? Or is it gone for good? Thank you so much for any help you can give.Addendum: so I went to the notifications tab and clicked on where someone had liked it. It sent me to a link https://urstyle.com/styles/1979933 which revealed the spinning wheel the text of the song but no set picture. Is this something for @admin ?

I've opened the link and I get the spinning wheel as well. That set is also not visible on your profile. I think that it should load soon. In any case, I will forward your post and set link to admins for checking. I'm not sure why does this happen

@vn1ta I did that today left the spinning circle spinning for I'd say at least if not more then 5 hours came back from my errands and it was still spinning had to shut down my computer ..lost the set this has happened to me at least 4 or 5 times in the past month ...I guess it's just the luck of the draw if your set gets published or not...Not quite too thrilled about this recurring problem.And yes I have followed all your guidelines about set publishing issues I have no clue why this keeps happening

I am so glad that your sets are not lost! I think it happens due to database issues, but developers are working on bug fixes and stability improvements, so I hope this can be resolved soon. Have a great weekend! -

The set I mentioned said "success" ,it is called Always, it has not showed up yet, almost 24 hrs. now...so what does this mean? will it still be published?

If it doesn't show up soon, please make sure to send a message to URSTYLE developers at [email protected] - just copy your comment to email body. In any case, if you saw a SUCCESS notification, it should appear sooner or later. Maybe there's some delay in the database Sorry for the inconvenience. Have a great week ahead! -
@vn1ta Hi I am missing a set maybe two, but definitely one. It was numbered 10, 11 or 12, not sure, I may have same numbered some sets and I do have a couple of drafts but they are accounted for. It was published either very late, Thursday, January 10th or very early January 11th and I did get a confirmation saying it was published. @vn1ta @admin So this is weeeeeiiiirdddd. I created a set the morning of January 24th called “Winter Mint”. I saved it several times but did not take a screen shot (I should have listened to you @luckied99). I then published it successfully and entered it in a contest in the group “Cheap but Trendy” and liked and commented on the other sets entered into the contest. But this evening when I logged into Urstyle, it’s gone from my page. I checked the group contest and it’s not there either. Ummmm.....help?
