My Platform on my Computer is different...

These are screen shots of what I see under the create button
No "undo" arrows in the upper left corner instead I just have the three buttons you see
This second screen shot shows the clipping tool and as you can see I only have the square and pencil/pen tool not the others I see on the tutorial screen
The third screen shot shows a post from Instagram and you can see how different my platform looks compared to it. I seem to be missing clipper tools and the redo undo buttons. Hopefully someone can help me fix this??
