No 'ITEMS' panel

Hey guys, it appears I have no Items panel I want to upload things but couldn't, can someone please tell me what's wrong?

It's there. Just clear cookies and cache

@fashionholiciw Are you using Safari on a MacBook? This is the problem I had, but you can overcome it by opening a New Private Window. Click on the FILE tab and choose New Private Window.
