@emmasart the reason why these links do not work for you is: these are not direct image URLs. So for instance, if you want to add image, which is visible on this page: https://www.hottopic.com/product/black-white-gingham-romper-jumpsuit/11374608.html#q=gingham&start=3 these are the steps you need to follow:
- Open this URL: https://www.hottopic.com/product/black-white-gingham-romper-jumpsuit/11374608.html#q=gingham&start=3
- Right click on the chosen picture.
- Copy image address.
- Use this URL to add a picture to URSTYLE.

@urstyle it was yesterday, i clicked on save option, saw the info pop up as saved and then it opens the page where you usually can see the set and the itens you used at right side. But then the set did not appeared, just the spinning circle of waiting, and after, i didnt see the set on my sets page. But now it seems to be working fine. Thank you.

@vn1ta Sadly, when i used the FN+F5 buttons to refresh my page, my chosen downloaded item didn't show up on my "Items" page. what's another way to make my downloaded items appear on my "Items" Page?

Sometimes it takes a bit longer for all items to appear on your profile - sometimes it can be minutes, sometimes hours - depending on how busy the site is.
You can also use this button to refresh the page (marked with red) on Google Chrome (please see the picture below):
Also, it seems that items of certain size are inappropriate for the site, since Clipper tool is still limited. Usually large square or rectangle shaped items are accepted - e.g. this one:
However, long and thin items seem to be refused by the system tool - e.g. this one:
You could always try switching the browser (Google Chrome seems to be working very well) or cleaning the cookies and cache. Here are the instructions:

@olivpear I'm sorry for disturbing but I still have issues with adding items.
I do as you said, using the image url, cleaning the cache and cookies, and wait awhile for the items to appear, but some of the items just never appear.
Plus, since the database issues of this weekend, some of the items I clipped before disappeared from my item tab ...
Please come to my rescue !
