@olivpear Hi Oliwia. Now I can only open the community forum here, but not the outfit and sets feed, or the create feature...is this with everyone or might i have some problem on my computer. ?

@olivpear I think I've tried everything I can at this point (using different browsers to download the zip file; keeping the page open for five hours; etc.). Your help would be greatly appreciated.

@olivpear I understand and i was just wondering if it was some browser problem with my computer. i believe it must be hard for you too since your goal is to have the website full functioning greatly for everybody. Hope it gets fixed soon and thank you for your dedicated work on this great website.

So I'm having a bit of trouble finding the import your old profile button? Is there some reason it wouldn't be showing up for me?

@olivpear It's been about a week since I uploaded my ZIP file and there is still nothing on my profile. I tried going back through the instructions, but now there is no "Import Your Old Profile" button...

I am having some trouble uploading. I uploaded on Friday morning and it is now Sunday evening and there is nothing on my profile, it just shows the spinning loading wheel. Help, please?

@olivpear hello, i don't know if im doing things wrong but when i click "edit profile" the "import your old profile" button is not there. am i looking at the wrong place?
