Not necessarily a bug, but.. deleting comments?

So I tried to delete a comment that posted twice because the server overloaded and the comment I made before it did posted twice. However, when I tried to delete the extra comment, it said something about not having enough permissions? Yeah, just might want to look into that if it is a bug, or reconsider the deleting comments privileges. I was not trying to spam but now it looks like I might have been, haha.
Yep, not an immediate issue, but it would help a bit, I imagine.
