I can't see any items I downloaded via "import tool". Why?

I can't see a tool to import items from other web pages. Clipper? Can anybody explain to me where the clipper or, something?

I have asked the same today . There is no tool for uploading items or i can not find it

STEPS:

1. Please clear cache in your browser.
2. Go to your profile page.
3. Go to the "ITEMS" tab.
4. Click ADD ITEMS button.

You should be able to upload the pic from any other site Hope that helps

I uploaded several items. I got a "Success" message but I do not see my items. I checked under the "My Items" tab and nothing is there. I cleared my cache, but that did not help.

@olivpear I have cleared my cache and followed the instructions provided and still cannot upload items. I have tried to upload from several store and Pinterest but no luck. Thanks.

@affton Are you make sure that you are trying to send direct link to image? not to the web page? can you show example link?

I tried Downloading items for myself, But.. Sadly, nothing came up on my items page, If you really have time, please fix this error if it is one..

@admin I am right clicking and copying the image address, for example: https://img.domino.com/serve/5379f294fe4e9fe85cc0f707-w1000_h1000.jpg

for this image: https://domino.com/control-brand-the-tiffany-floor-lamp/ls1018fg

And its not loading though the message says its uploading.

@olivpear Hi please ignore my previous message about the items feature not working. I right clicked on the photo on Pinterest (I was going up above the copy the URL, wrong move) & it downloaded perfectly. A million thanks; this is like an early Christmas present; you guys just rock!!!

I keep trying since yesterday - from several sorces - stores, Pinterest etc. I can`t import stuff, too...

@jbonearth please follow these steps:

1. Open site with the chosen picture.
2. Right click on a picture.
3. Copy image address.
4. Open ITEMS tab on a profile page.
5. Click ADD ITEMS button.
6. Paste image address into image URL input.
7. Click SEND button.
