If you didn't see your Polyvore sets on your Urstyle profile 2 weeks after the initial upload attempt, please do the following:
- Upload your Polyvore .zip file to Google Drive
- Share the file with [email protected] .

Hi, I have downloaded my sets a while ago but now when I try to upload them here it keeps saying "incorrect file format". I was just wondering if they have to be in a different format other than .jpg? Or am I just completely doing it wrong?

@chloe-marie If you are trying to upload Polyvore sets, they should be contained in a non-edited .zip file (format). If you don't have the original .zip file (but you have an unpacked or edited version), you can upload it to Google Drive and share it with [email protected]. Then Urstyle team will upload your sets manually. You can find the tutorial here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gdprxDeFkoB-3EWv7byWv0xE3OMXsb6E/view?usp=sharing.
As for backups of Urstyle sets, you can download them from the CREATE mode by clicking the icon that looks like this
and later you can continue editing that set by uploading it from your computer using this icon 
. The format of these backups is .json.I hope this helps.

Hello again.
I've imported my old profile but it's almost been 2 weeks and nothing has shown up. I had a lot of sets, so could it be that it is taking a long time because of how big my zipfile was?
I haven't changed my zip file either or edited it. Should I make a googledrive folder? I just don't want to keep importing my old profile encase it replicates everything.

@girlinthebigbox It's possible that upload takes longer than expected because admins were busy with updates. Anyway, you can email them [email protected] and check what is going on

@vn1ta Oh Ok. I did try again to upload a second zipfile, as I was able to download two zipfiles from Polyvore. The first one only had my sets but the second zipfile had everything.
I'll email them though just encase. Thank you for getting back to me! -

@sweetieanons This is written in the original post "Please note that Polyvore allowed set download until May 15th, 2018." and Urstyle unfortunately has nothing to do with Polyvore, it's just a similar site that allowed us to upload our old Polyvore sets.
You can try to find your sets on Pinterest, Blogger or other places where you might have shared them. Good luck

I'm having trouble importing my old Polyvore profile. I've tried several times, waiting several days in between attempts but so far nothing has happened.I downloaded the Polyvore Zip file in May 2018 onto my old laptop and in order to transfer it onto the new one, I used Google photos. When I download the Google photo album, it becomes a Polyvore zip file on my laptop, but does not having the original zip file mean that my old profile won't import?
I'd appreciate any help. Thank you.

@olivpear Tried to upload my backup several times now, waiting days in between, and nothing has shown up. It says the upload is successful but nothing ever shows up in my sets.

Hi! I uploaded my ZIP file about 2 days ago and I still haven't received a message about it. Do you think I maybe did something wrong? Or is it possible for it to take more than 24 hours?

Can i still do it i haven't downloaded any of my set because i didn't know tha polyvore is ending and saw it way too late? Is there any chance that you can restore them or is the time over? @olivpear
