How to get multiple government services in one visit?

Hey all, I recently moved to Dubai and I keep hearing people complain about running from one government office to another just to get basic services done — visas, ID cards, property docs, and so on. That sounds like a nightmare honestly. I came across Emirates Government Services Hub (EGSH) but not sure if it really saves time or just another middleman service that still sends you to each department separately. Has anyone actually used EGSH to complete several services in a single visit? What was it like?
