Duplicate, move items backwards/forwards options are MISSING (FIXED 10/03/25)

For some reason, I can't duplicate or move items backwards/forwards. I like to make doll sets so layering items is a big part of that. Also duplicating an item is very useful. Not sure why it's gone...

I have this problem too! Normally you select an item and you get those buttons at the bottom, but now nothing appears!
