bottom bar disappearing when creating

hello,
@admin i’m using the desktop version to create and the bottom bar has disappeared, upon refreshing the page it still does not reappear, and creating a new collection does not fix the issue either.

in my create that bar is missing too! it is 9-30-25 i can not create at all either because of this. Is there any indication as to when this will be fixed @admin?
