Struggling to Fall Asleep — Anyone Using Music to Help?



  • Lately, I’ve been having the hardest time falling asleep. I’ve tried herbal tea, stretching, even reading before bed — nothing really helps. Someone recently mentioned listening to music, like ambient or nature sounds, and I’m curious if anyone here has had success with that. Are there specific apps or playlists that actually work for sleep? I don’t want to just waste time scrolling through Spotify hoping for the best. If anyone’s found something that helped them genuinely relax and fall asleep faster, I’d love to hear it. Thanks in advance for any suggestions! 😴
