Clipper Tool Problem

I can no longer clip items at all, no matter where I go or what I try to clip it denies it, say's 'max retries exceeded' when I check why?

Have you tried clearing your cache?

@blueknight Clearing the cache on the site didn't work but I went and did it on Chrome and deleted all my browsing history and cleared cookies and all that and it worked, thanks for the suggestion!
