How do you post a set to Instagram

Hi all. How do I post one of my sets to my instagram account? Using laptop for both. Also, once done will it link to my UrStyle account? Other sites just have it set up to share automatically and I'm guessing there is some sneaky work around with UrStyle but I can't figure it out. PART II: I kind of figured it out. A lot of manual stuff. Save as a photo, add to insta, add all the tags and links manually. No prob.

@fashionmonkey You can post your set to your PINTEREST and then post it to your INSTAGRAM account, I do this because there's no other way, if you don't have PINTEREST you can save your set and post it directly there. Hope it was useful my dear

@fashionmonkey Here is an easy way to do it from your phone. Click on the set and select the Download Image option from the menu. Save it to your photos app on your phone. Then go to Instagram and post your Set there like you would with any photo you add to Instagram. No need to save it to Pinterest.

@curekitty Thank you so much for your response. Yes, I figured it out and btw for that I prefer to use my laptop. I added all the tags, etc. but insta doesn't allow adding live links to the items for people to purchase if wanted unless you do a story and that was just beyond ..... I want easy. LOL.
