Can’t upload items

Today, I’m trying to add items to my profile, in the iPhone app, and it keeps giving me a private photos error. It disappears too fast from screen. I went in to my iPhone settings, and urstyle app is showing private. There’s no way to change it. Is the app locking it so I can’t upload?
