Can you clip via mobile or ipad?

My laptop died.
Is there a way to clip items from either an ipad or a mobile phone? -
@dotingsage Of course there is!! There must be surely another way but the way I do it:
1.) I find the pictures I want and download them. 2.) Then add them as items from your gallery.
3.) Delete the images from your gallery so they don't take up space.

@dotingsage You go to your profile. Then you select the items section. Besides the word "items",it says "add items". Then you select the items you want to add from your gallery
