No rules, except NO FASHION or BEAUTY SETS.
You may submit Art, Dolls, Portraits, even Exterior and Interior Design Sets. Your Gypsy Ice Queen can be sweet or she can be wicked. Perhaps a little of both? She can be any color, color scheme, and genre you like.
She must be an Ice Queen and she must have a touch of Gypsy/Bohemian about her.
