Clipped items not saving to urstyle account

When I go on some websites and clip products, they do not save to my urstyle account even though they say they are in the process of saving to my account... it works on some websites, but not others.. what do I do?

There's a number of websites that I use like Net-a-Porter, theoutnet & Yoox that do the same thing when I try to clip items from them. A workaround I use is to save the item to Pinterest, go to Pinterest & open the item in a new image & then clip it to URStyle. This also works with items on Pinterest that don't automatically clip.

@faithkowerko Sometimes items will not upload because the file is encrypted and no matter what you do you will not upload it. My suggestion is right click on the item, select search with google and try and find another item which is the same but the file is not encrypted. Hope this helps.
