Item Organizer

Hullo,
I've noticed over the months that the Item Organizer does not always load all your items...
It stops after a while, refusing to load your last items.
Like in my situation: if you'd scroll down on my items list, you'll find a hairstyle with half brown and half 'rainbow'.
That is not my first item, in fact, I have 250 more items...Is this a bug in the website?
Is this something specific for my computer? My browser?
Can this be fixed?Help!
