CLIPPER TOOL PROBLEM IN CHROME

this has already been covered by others and the only solution is just to turn it back on in extensions, but I am concerned about what chrome webstore policy was violated? chrome doesn't say, and if the extension can lead to a security violation, I'm not going to risk turning it back on since google has all my personal information.
@admin can you clarify why the chrome webstore has rejected the clipper extension?

we need to upgrade Clipper Tool for the newest requirements of google web store. It should be available again this week. Clipper Tool is not collecting ANY informations about you or any other user
it just allow to save the images for currently logged in user
